Those bombkits... I see them in equipement list, research list, but cannot seem to purchase/produce/research them.

Mapping / BUG: Fuel Depot wall can't be entered?

Hello guys,
I have been playing this game for a few months and I am presently stuck on a map that seems to have no connectivity between its 2 parts.
The map name is [fueldump], it's situated in northwestern Canada, and it seems to be hermetically sealed in 2 sections. The outside of the fuel depot is where the Phalanx team spawns, with the civilians. The inside section of the wall and building is where the aliens spawn and for the life of me I cannot find any connecting door or feature to allow my team to enter the depot.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
