Windows / No text in UI

I have no text in my UI on versions 2.5 and 2.6, I only currently have 2.6 installed and set my language and downloaded drivers in an attempt to help. It has not worked. It also says I have no translation for certain items.

Bugs in stable version (2.5) / Text is not appearing for me on windows 10

On my windows 10 laptop, whenever i boot up the game it has no text and i do not know how to access the texture settings in the files.
