Feature Requests / Blue ring around civilians for the color blind.

Hi, my first post on this forum. 
I like the game very much and play it often, so thanks to all that have contributed to it: awsome!
But I do have one suggestion that would add to consistency and make things more clear for color blind people like me. It is this:
Make the circle around the civilians blue, like the line that is shown when they are spotted. It would be more consistent because when an enemy is spotted it shows a red line and red circle as well.
Especially when zoomed out i mistake civilians for my own soldiers, leading to unwanted movement/exposure/death.
I have a few more ideas on the UI, but since this is my first post i will save them for later.
