Sweet. I'll get on that. Just to make sure, every animation cycle has to start with the default pose?

you should animate the hairs too, maybe 2 bones :)
You mean 2 bones per stand of hair? Or 2 bones of all the hair? Either way, I for one, think it unnecissary. The hair is supposed to be of a very short cut, so there would be no secondary action for the hair. That, and I dont think we animate heads....

Destructavator, you mind attaching what you have in way of animation? I would like to start animating.

When you say "making new characters" what do you mean? Destructavator has been working hard on some new soldiers.

Cant help but say it. The pose looks great, good job. But my focus on details is making me say, for the hands, either have them in fists, curved in a little, or tight together.
I know, its just practice. Use Windows movie maker to make a quick clip, if ya want to show us an animation

Bugs prior to release 2.3 / Re: Little problem with map "Bridge"

Yeah, so i have found a couple interesting things, right from the start. Just got the mission loaded, and heres what I found (Check screenshot) (as of R26401)

Just for clarifcation, it looks like the dropship tile is out of place, and the windmill blades are not rotating properly

or start modeling it as a personal excercise

Always a good idea, I say. I've never had much talent for modeling things like that, or at all, come to think of it. If you find it challenging, then its a good way to get good

I like the idea.
I never really understood why I cant use the pilot in a mission. Pilots always have atleast a pistol, incase they get shot down, so I could atleast use the pilot for a supporting role, such as a medic.

It sounds like an ok concept.
I also think it would do well to draw inspiration from various "frogman" myths from earth culture.

Take the Japanese Kappa for example, A humanoid snapping turtle with a beak and a dish of water on it's head.

Then all soldiers would have to do is bow, lol

I could start on the animations while Migel is texturing.

my bad. Its agar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agar_plate), you can understand my mix-up.
I did a science project that required the use of agar, and we used Knox, which is a brand of unflavored geletin, and yes, there is sugar in agar. What else is the bacteria going to eat?

Windows / Re: Win32 Development Binary Installer Links

If you have two hard drives, then you should be able to move things over, including installing on the larger drive

The secret to that is using un-flavored gelatin mix, mixing it very thick with less water than you normally would if you were to eat it, and keeping it in the refrigerator.

So....you made augar? You know, that stuff that they grow bacteria on?

Very nice work on the head, and good thinking on the fingers. But, when its all said and done, The hair looks like theres a tower growing out of his head.

Like I said before, if the game will support individual fingers, they can be made

I find that working from either the neck  down (Preffered) or the feet up works best
