Title: Proposal: making alien items available for dissasembly to make get more AM

Im proposing this because im (and probably others) always short on alien materials.For UFO dissasembly it takes a lot of time and i get enough materials for just one Dragon. So i tought if you can get AM from UFOs, why not from their armor for example (you get good amount of money, but i have that plenty)?

Alien materials is almost never what I'm short of. Advanced propulsion or money, most of the time. Disassemble landed corrupters or harvesters that are stored directly at that base where you disassemble them, that yields most alien materials (and the other scarce stuff as well).

Yes, but store some of the 100% (landed) ones, sell the crashed ones. Once that I reach 100% nation happiness, I disassemble also the ones with >= 50%. That's about the same time I can finally build the Starchaser.
