Title: Feature request : Riot Shield

Yes, a riot shield. Same as Modern Warfare 2

When equipped, soldier cannot use 2-handed firearms but gave extra *front* defense point.

2 Types of riot shields :
- Earth built : Big size(carry only by hand, store only into the backpack, 2*4 size)
- Alien tech : Small size(2*3 size so it can store into the holster)

Earth built is made by Aerogel. Fire/bullet/explosives cannot penetrate it. but less effective against laser/plasma.
Alien riot shield will generate particle vaporization grid. Best for plasma/laser weapons but less effective against *mass* projectile.

After more research, scientists will find distortion field generator. it can equipped into the 'extension' slot. Give more defense, but heavier, shorter sight due to optical distortion effect.

Shields have been turned down by the devs. Doesn't fit the setting IIRC.
