Could someone go to the General todo (http://ufoai.ninex.info/wiki/index.php/TODO/General (http://ufoai.ninex.info/wiki/index.php/TODO/General)) and update it? Its kinda outa date and I would like to know whats open or wip.

Probably not/not much. Almost all the work went into the ToDo/2.3, bugfixing and preparing for release.
