Title: Research in Base no longer available after Base Mission has been completed

Hi,

I am sorry for my english, I'll try to explain:

I got a mission in Lusaka. It's a Base-Mission although I don't have a base there. After I have succesfully completed this mission the button for research in my base is grey.

What have I done wrong?

Why is this Base-Mission not at my Base? The map looks like my base I got.
