Title: [r30111] Cannot get info of a object "x0"

Equip soldier screen.
I cannot get info or tooltip if I click/put mouse over on a object with x0 availability.

Why do you consider this a bug ?
NO info for items you do NOT have sounds quite ok for me.

Maybe we should not display items with amount == 0 at all....
