Title: r29629 - Not Starting for me

Just ran Muton's build utility for r29629 - everything stops on first splash screen :(

Will try another build.

Delete 0ufos.pk3 !
& try again.

Rebuilt (r29630) but with same result.

Removing 0ufos.pk3 produces the error: "Could not find version string for script files" on the Console.

Try decompressing it first to make sure you have the folder base/ufos with all the files in it. Then try again. Or wait till this is repaired.
I have r29629 & this did the trick for me...
Sorry I cannot help you more, but I am quite confident this trick should work on your computer also...

Gren, can you look to the ufoconsole.log? And what`s your videocard?

Hi Kildor..

My Graphics card is ATi Radeon HD3600 and there doesn't seen to be much in the ufoconsole.log, but attached below if it is of any help ;)

r29641 worked fine until I saved my game and tried to reload it later..

The game now freezes with no messages on the console and Task Manager shows 4 processes (2 each of Console & Game) as Not Responding.. ;(
