Title: [Fixed] Rev 28695 Aircraft production time estimates wrong

When producing a dragon interceptor it always displays that it will take 600h to produce regardless of how long it will actually take.  Other production items count down to completion, but the dragon interceptor does not count down as it's being worked on, nor does it change it's production time to account for a base with more production facilities.  IE a base with 1 workshop says it will take 600h to produce and a base with 2 workshops still says it will take 600h to produce.  

This seems to apply to all aircraft, I just noticed it with the dragon interceptor because it's the first one I tried to produce instead of purchase.

For aircraft only the full production time was shown. I've modified it to behave like item production and UFO disassembling in r28697. Thanks for reporting!
