very cool music - would be cool if you could integrate it (if we get green light for the license)

oh.. and if you agree, it would be nice if you could tell us your real name - so we can add it to the copyright notice

That's not a free license if I'm right. It restricts the usage to US IIIC, which is not DFSG compatible. :(

If this is the case maybe the unported license would be an option for you, too?

The only CC license on "DFSG compatibility list" (http://wiki.debian.org/DFSGLicenses) is CC-BY-SA 3.0.
It doesn't mention unported on any side though.

I've just listened to these new tracks, and I've got to say they really do sound good, perfect for a game like this I think.

Just out of curiosity, if you don't mind my asking, what tools/software/DAW did you use to make these?  Also, I don't know if this would interest you or not, but I've starting coding my own VST plug-ins in C++, and although none of them are up to a 1.0 release yet, I'm looking for dev testers and feedback for a couple of them - If this would interest you please let me know, if not don't worry about it.

The music program I use is Acid Pro 7.0. Here is some previews of the two tracks I mentioned earlier http://www.mediafire.com/file/djnazoydmwy/UFO%20-%20Alien%20Invasion%20Music%20Previews.rar  ;).

These both sound good so far, I think that once they are complete (perhaps with a little material added to break up monotony, my only suggestion) they should fit in nicely.

I'm surprised Winter hasn't offered comment yet, as I believe he is the one in charge of final approval of such works for the game...
