Title: Pilot bug

Okay so... If I assign a pilot to an aircraft then fire him. I end up with a craft that has a pilot w/o pay :) Also I have no way of assigning a pilot to the craft... :(

I have pilots from the past revision (I have updated since)... New ones have jump suits... It is rather strange...

I suppose it is a compatibility bug. I edited the save file to force pilot idx'es and it was fixed.

When an "old style" pilot is on a craft and you fire him. He still appears on the craft (despite it having idx="0")...

I still have a few old style pilots (all the ones I fired) and game should remove those perhaps... It removed all the other ones... :/
