First time ever I've seen a bloodspider on UFO AI. Seems battlescape crashes after I kill it for it doesn't find bloodspider weapon model (Should it even drop when bloodspider is killed?).

Edit: Cetainly reproduceble. I luckly had saved geoscape just before mission and did it again 6 times. Everytime bloodspider dies, battlescape instantly crashes back to geoscape with same error message.
Edit2: Unchecking "precache models" under game options, exiting program and restarting program with new config. doesn't seem to make any difference.

Still happens at 24765 (previous post was of 24654).
Makes it impossible to complete a mission with bloodspiders (and ofc, research bloodspider autopsy=>monomolecular blade)

Being curious, did auto mission work for u in this case?

I've found this problem with bloodspider too. even on the R24791
The AUTO-MISSION will end without any problem.
But when you wan't to enter a "Crashed UFO" mission, it's not possible to use the AUTO-MISSION, only to ENTER it, or to LEAVE.

Yep, can't always use automission. And I never got anything new to research from automissions (including autopsies). I may be just very unlucky though.

Fixed for sure as of R24799.
Edit: Took me a lot of retries though (around 50) to get map in perfect condition for no out of sync crashing untill mission was complete. My theory about it is here (http://ufoai.ninex.info/forum/index.php?topic=3742.0#msg27423).
