Title: Missing piece (menutext id 42)
Post by: TennSeven on October 08, 2008, 03:52:58 pm
I just spent yesterday downloading and making the svn version on Ubuntu, but when I try to run ufo today I get the splash screen and then it drops back to the terminal.  The error message is: "Error: could not find menutext id '42'"  This message occurs under the subsection "----------- parse scripts ----------"  Anyone have any ideas?

What is the easiest way to correct that? All I have is whatever was downloaded with the svn checkout command.

You may have old pk3 files. Delete/recreate them.

if you have svn version, you don't need archive files.
