What are ufo:ai 2.2 cheats codes i can enabe the cheats but i not know right code i intrested godmode and money cheat if you know cheat codes pm to me.

For money, open the console and enter debug_fullcredits.
There is no god mode cheat.

Thanks for help. When god mode come to UFO:AI , seems that 2.2 ver not work money cheat but 2.3 Dev works well.

The cheats only work in versions compiled in developer mode. Once 2.3 is officially released, they won't work anymore.
God mode most likely won't ever be added. As a consolation, here's the god mode cheat for Doom 2: IDDQD

Not a slam as people have the right to play however they want to. However, why would you even want to cheat in this game? More than half the fun is in trying to attain things as you go...that includes money. And money is in no short supply, so long as you keep your supporting countries paying you at the end of each month happy or better.

These facilities are present for debugging purposes.
They are only there when the code is compiled a certain way.

While I can't deny this, that doesn't mean we should implement cheats just because people want them. So it's more accurate to say that people have the right to play however they want to, within the limits of the game system.

I think I may have been misunderstood...I was referencing the OP original post at the head of this thread. I don't believe that cheats "should" be implemented. I was wondering why he would even want to cheat to get money, when there is plenty of money so long as the game is played decently. I wasn't referencing you Dev's for allowing cheats, so that people can cheat if they wish too. I just didn't want him thinking I was "slamming" him, for wanting to cheat...

nothing wrong with cheats i think it would be a good idea to introduce a cheat mode just like 99 percent of the games on the market. By the way how do i use the console

I know this thread is a bit dated now, but just in case someone looks it up in a search or something:
A lot of the game data such as how much money to start with on various difficulty levels, stats for the weapons, base facilities, aircraft, etc., are in the .ufo files if I remember correctly, and they can be unzipped from the pk3 files and modified to alter the game quite easily with a text editor (such as notepad on Windows).
Therefore, there really isn't any need for release versions to have cheat codes IMO, because if one is playing the game and not testing a feature (as with development), if they find it too difficult or want something to work differently, it is very easy to change it.
The game, after all, is open-source...

Money can be modified / frozen if you find the hex value (Easy)
Other values, not so much.
If you take out enemy weapon damage, they dont bother firing them (Smart AI). Haven't tried raising the defence of body armour as a cheat method. Can't be bothered tbh.

Ya I no.
But really, if a weapon has no damage value, they wont shoot you with it. But they aren't smart enough to realise RF is ineffective.
