Title: Credit error in 2.2

Hello,
     In very easy mode, the initial credit is 1100200C, but after setting up the first base, the credit is 133890C or some other, the new base dialog says it cost 100000C, so there is something wrong with the credit, is it?
     This situation happens in other modes.
 
     The version is UFO:Alien invasion 2.2 x86 Jan 11 2008 Win32 RELEASE, and my system is 32Bit XP SP2, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+.

Start in Easy mod - one craft,soldier,bulding... start +-900 000credit.
Build all buldings and buy aircraft -> start +-130 000cr. All OK :D

Start credit - bulding,aircraft,base .. Wait 7 day  for next mont for +- 3 000 000 cr.
