Title: A notification would be nice

I think it would be a nice thing to add in a notification where if a soldier wasn't armed with a primary weapon that it would pop up for confirmation.

This comes because I am an idiot and think all my soldiers are already armed.  Well, unarmed people make good scouts, at least.

Please, cater to the idiots!

I think this problem will disappear as soon as there is a proper team management menu implemented with equipment patterns, specific soldier handling etc.
