Title: Audio Feedback

There needs to be some audio feedback for out of ammo.  When first playing this game, I'd gotten my mits ahold of the lovely stun-battons, and didn't know why the game suddenly stopped allowing me to zap.  Lo and behold, it's out of ammo.  Something in the order of "click" or possibly colorful language.
