Title: trouble transferring items between bases

For some reason I can transfer only a few items from one base to another, even when there's abundant free storage space. In that base I can buy a hundred combat armours plus a couple dozen base defence missile launchers without running out of storage space but can't transfer there 10 units of alien materials :^/

savegame attached, problem is seen when trying to transfer from base near australia to base in europe

There was just a huge rewrite of the transfer system in the last couple days, so maybe update your game and see if you still have any problems.
