Title: Remember unassigned soldiers' equipment

Soldiers who are not assigned to a transporter lose all their equipment, and the user must waste time re-assigning it afterwards. Would be great if the game remembered what they had, and tried to re-equip them with it (if stocks allow) when I assign them to a transporter again.

It is actually done - at least partly (in 2.5-dev). I need to check, because it is possible there is a call for disarming soldier when unassigned from an aircraft, but otherwise unassigned soldiers - who you equipped at a base defence mission remember their loadout already. And I yet need to find some place on the UI for the "Equip Soldiers" button... :)
