Title: Blackscreen troubleshooting instructions unclear. [Resolved]

I need clarification on some debugging instructions I know I must
"Ensure that "Enable ST3C texture compression even if software support is not available" is set to NO in driconf (driconf -> image quality)." But I have no clue what that even means, where to adjust it and where. Is it a file in UFOAI's main folder? and if so I can't even find that. I googled quite a bit and had to resort to asking upfront, sorry for any trouble.

Resolved this issue on a spontaneous hunch. Although I have new issues unrelated to this. (I needed to use an external monitor)
