Title: 2.5-dev and alien base

Hello, I just conquered an alien base in 2.5 dev. Got an info about alien psi device, but there is no new mail about it and I can research it. Is it suppose to happen? What is the main objective of the game in 2.5-dev?

It's transitional at the moment. We've just added an end-game event (shoot down carrier UFO) but it remains poorly tested.

I have shoot down and recovered Carrier UFO (not researched yet). No end game. :)
I know location of alien base but didn't touch it yet.

It was usual England (in South America?!) map without crashed UFO. Just more aliens then usual. I've recovered unknown UFO type now it's transported to my UFO yard.

Shooting it down is not impressive - i was asked if i want shoot, i said - yes! - and got crash site. :)
