Title: Email notification on pot file updates

Is it possible to receive an email whenever the pot file changes?
I don't mind having to subscribe somewhere, as long as I get a notice on Email that the pot file is updated. I need email notification as I rarely visit forums when I don't need help or are looking for a specific resolution.

the translation system will change in the next few days/weeks - there will be no more wiki for translation - only po files. during this process we will think about a solution for this request, too.
