Title: Grenades appears twice in equipment screen

I'm alone affected?

See screenshot. And if you take right grenade and place on belt in right position appears two grenades on belt (right and left position as on pic). And what means that mystic numbers shown on hint? If i fill belt with grenades they will be first row 1/0, 2/0, 3/0 and 0/0 in second.

Suppose that grenades shown as a "weapon" and "ammo". :)

I've noticed similar behaviour on a recent build -- also with frag grenades on the belt and holster. But I noticed it only happens in certain grids within each slot.
