Title: Skirmish Mode

Is there anyway I can transport my campaign teams into skirmish mode?  I know I can just equip the soldiers the same way as my campaign soldiers, but it'd be nice to use my hard trained campaign soldiers in skirmish and multiplayer.

@PurpleYoshi: it isn't possible at the moment (and bayo is stating his support for the idea BTW)
