I have just downloaded UFO:AI and at the initial setting screen it doesn't show any available settings. So I cannot get past it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With 2.4 comming around the corner, why should you want to install 2.3.1 ? There is really no need for that. 2.4 is looking better, sounds better and is quite stable already. If you start playing 2.3, your savegames will not work in 2.4!
