Title: "You Must Build a Laboratory First" in 2.0-RC5

When I finish researching the laser pistol I get this message: "You Must Build a Laboratory First" (or was it "Build a laboratory first"?), even when I already have a lab in the base that I was conducting the research.

The research completes normally, though.

One question though - I only get this bug if I have a second base with a laboratory being constructed. Do you know if it can happen otherwise?

None of my other bases have laboratories, but at the time the message was being shown there were some other structures being built (powerplant and radar).

I had this bug when building a radar in the second base, I had no lab there. The pistol was already researched ;)
