Title: Soldiers & TU

Do the soldiers time units change when they level up? ive had one at corporal and lance corporal, everything else is improving but during tactical games they always have 33 TU

AFAIK the TU for soldier are calculated only from speed, I guess the formula is 20+(speed/3) or something like this. Speed can slightly improve over time as soldiers gain experience....
