Title: Bolter Rifle not available

I've just completed the research, but I can't produce, buy or equip any bolter rifles. I can't see them or their ammo.

Is this a known problem?

no, it's not.
open a ticket on out bugrtacker (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=157793) with your savegame attached (the best would be if you could upload a savegame before the research finished too).

Check the Heavy tab. They're listed as heavy weapons for me for some reason, perhaps because they have two different skills related to their firing (sniper for aim, assault for 3-shot/snapshot)
