Title: terror mission an idastrial area in cold region doesn't loading

terror mission on location "Петропавловск-Камчатский" - this is the russian :)
my ship with troopers aready there. but mission can't start.
please look on my save and log file

Map tile for the crashed fighter UFO is probably missing from the tileset. Opened a ticket (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3163357&group_id=157793&atid=805242) for you.
