Title: Bug - equipment doesn't gone, after finishing mission and going to new mission

If my team has finished a mission and does not return to base, instead fly to a new mission immediately all equiment in the second mission is available, although some grenades and weapon-refills are used and should be missing.
In this case: what is happening with all the located things from first mission - are they overwritten from second mission?
