I have build 2966. If i win the first mission begin am simply terminated ufoai. In ufoconsole.log no error message is located. It stands there only for "==== ShutdownGame ====".

Could you update to latest SVN and run ./ufo +set developer 1 to see as many messages as one can get? Thank you.

I have update to latest SVN. Still the same problem.
If i start ufoai with "./ufo +set developer 1" i get a black screen with a crosshair as mousecursor.

ok, "./ufo +set developer 1" works, but if i start a misson i get a black screen. th last entries in ufoconsole.log :

i delete all and download the last svn. build ufoai and maps again and it works now.

I'm glad. :) I wonder if you tried "make clean" before this drastic step?

I get the very same error and the very same behavior for some reason. I downloaded the last svn sources yesterday, compiled the version in trunk/src, downloaded the remaining DLLs, and this is what I get.
I am now trying to download the source code again and compile it again, but I just did that so I am not sure if it helps.

I recompiled it another time and the same story again. By the way, what is the difference between trunk and ufoai-2.0 branch? I tried both with the same result.
I am still not done making maps for the latest download I made about an hour ago, maybe that will work, but I do get the same crash all the time.
Also - I am always missing some music files (base/music contains just dawn.ogg I think). after I run my compiled versions, should I copy the msising files from the official distribution or what else should I do?

As I said, I downloaded a newer version a couple of hours ago. I just finished compiling the entire thing (WinXP) and it's actually working now, amazing. Yesterday's svn I compiled twice and it crashed in both cases on the first mission.
