Title: Bug report - tactical mission

Hi!

First of all I want to thank you guys for this fantastic game. I play from time to time since 2.0 or close to.

Now th bug report:
version: 28632 (by Muton)
system: WinXP pro SP3
hardware:
Core 2 Duo T7100 (1,8 GHz)
2048 MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8400MG 512MB 1440x900

Bug details:
Despite the fact, that soldier has TU's left (and not reserved) I can't make him make actions (move, crouch, shoot).
In the attached screenshot there is a situation when I'm unable to move my soldier to the pointer location.
There were also situations:
- sniper with 14TU wont shoot sniper rifle (no reservations)
- soldier with 13TU wont fire Riot Shotgun, either single or 3-shot (also no reservations)

If it's something known, than sorry for wasting your time.

There is a fix for this issue in R28645 please test it and report you results.
I unfortunately wont have time to check it out for a few days.

As soon as there is a >=R28645 build available I'll test it (I don't compile myself)

Hi,

Im trying to build the most current 28677 from SVN, if I can get it to build I will test this out and report back.
