Title: Can't change Resolution or Full Screen

I've been running 2.1 for about a week and it was able to do everything just fine.  About 10 minutes ago I downloaded 2.2.1 and I no longer cannot change the resolution or go to full screen mode.  Is there a fix for this problem?  Or am I doomed to play with a resolution thats so small that it's hard to make out my characters? Let alone scrolling around.

I am running Vista 32bit if that matters.

Hi, can you please provide some hardware specs, especially on your video card and CPU and such?
