The alien seeing my troops from the walls , obstacles etc.
They shooting and hiting the obstacles, walls.

I confirm. Happens in UFOAI 2.3 R25321 NON DEBUG Developer's Built and some prior.
Savegame where this happens in the battle for you to test is put on tracker (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2825676&group_id=157793&atid=805242).

which maps are affected? we need more information. post screenshots please.

Is it possible to state these to help:
1) Your OS platform (Win32 or 64 aka XP / Vista, Linux (redhat, ubuntu, suse), Mac)
2) Version of the dev built (i supposed 25321 non debug), (some prior=which priors??)
3) Self built i guess? Or downloaded?
4) Which maps names? (Aka when u enter the battlescape, the "africa" "+maps" etc name).
5) Provide a savegame?
6) Provide console logs?
7) Screenshots (F12) ? - The shots will most likely be saved to your C:\Documents and Settings\(USER ID)\Application Data\UFOAI\2.3-dev

UFOAI 2.3 R25321 NON DEBUG Developer's Built, but happened also about build or two before on the Farm map (Aliens shooting through Harvester).

In the mission I uploaded with savegame you will see this for sure (reproduced 3 times, all with the aliens shooting through buildings and own UFO). So, I don't think screenshots are helpful, but I'll try to provide them later.

I'm experiencing that too.
It affects many maps, but especially the front region of Harvester UFOs. They shoot the walls from the inside, giving away their position and sometimes wasting all their ammo.
Definitely Africa (also happened with the top left hut), Tropical UFO and Farm (also one corner of the house, the one with stairs leading down).
Win32, XP SP3.
UFOAI 2.3 R25186 Debug version from July 16th, downloaded.

This is not related to maps, it is a bug somewhere in calculating visibility code I'd guess.
