Title: I cannot see the action points for the units RC3

- I cannot see the action points for the units in the combat screen.
- Right mouse click should be not moving, just turning function.

I tested RC3 version on WinXp professional operating system.[/b]

The available TU (timeunits) are shown as the blue bar in the center of the display

This can be configured in base/keys.cfg, i.e. change this:

bind MOUSE1 "+select"
bind MOUSE2 "+action"
bind MOUSE3 "+turn"
