Title: Medals and ranks

Hello,

I would like to test some ideas I have about medals and ranks. I found the ".ufo" file but where is the routine which analyze this file and determine who must be promoted ? I saw some good ideas in the Features Tracker and have time to test some little things before proposing a draft to developers.

And where is the routine which affect random values to skills and "savoir faire" ?

Stats are semi-randomly generated in cl_main.c, if I recall correctly.
