Title: RC3: Research-note - text overwritten

When turning on the research of alien equipment (e.g. Tachyon Pistol),
a "Notice"-Box pops up, but the text is not readable, because two
lines of text get overlayed in the same spot.

We are working on this. See patch 1528896, which should fix this, but breaks other things...
