Anyone here independently wealthy?

They run at about ~$42 million United States Dollars or so which includes shipping and handling to a major airport, although transportation from the airport may result in additional costs to the buyer, as well as additional costs under NASA's terms and conditions.* For parents, I'm sure they would make one heck of a whopper stocking stuffer for the holidays.
*Main Engines not included. Availability limited to stock on hand. Product may not be disassembled for transportation or storage. Product must remain in indoor, climate-controlled display environment. Void where prohibited by law. Please contact seller for further and complete terms and conditions.

Do they combine shipping for multiple purchases?

Do they combine shipping for multiple purchases?
ROFL!
BTAxis, If I happen to win the lottery, I'll keep it in mind for my holiday shopping gift list and see if I can send one your way, seeing that you're interested. The problem I might have is finding a way to get the thing gift-wrapped in time - I'd have to check on that.

42 million for a 1970 design... thats a rip off.. Richard Branson is building ships that can fly and go to space for 1/10th the cost.... The space shuttle is a piece of crap... its the ford pinto of space travel... if anyone actually does buy them they dont deserve to have that kind of money.. I can build a nice space ship for about 8 million.. Anyone want to go satellite salvaging? DOD pays half the price of the satellite if you fix it.. most of them are in the billions of dollars... anyone want a 3 billion dollar payday?
