Title: Buy/sell menu bug

In "Buy/Sell equipment menu" name of weapon and buying line (where to click buy) of weapon are not in one line it's a bug.

How can I upgrade 2.2 -> 2.2.1 but not download 400Mb?

I meant fixed in 2.3-dev.

To upgrade to 2.2.1, you have to download the complete installer. There is no update patch.
