Title: Training Simulator

Hey guys,
first of all I want to say that UFO:AI is a quite good work. Congratulation. I'm very impressed.
I've already played a few days and have earned a lot of experience (concerning gameplay, etc.).

I've read in a topic that there is a base-facility called Training-Simulator.
Not so in my gameplay.
When do I get such a base-facility?
Why is it still missing in my base-facility-list?

I'm playing UFO:AI 2.2.1 on mac.

I'm looking forward to an answer.

I do not believe it is in the 2.2.1  In the future, afaik, it will be a way to boost your soldier's stats in "peace time" - slow but safe way to improve.
