Title: Reserve TU

During a mission, it would be very useful for planning the movement
to have a button to reserve TU for shooting and kneeling.
E.g. with right-click on the buttons for primary / secondary shots,
and the crouch/standup-button.

If you have played XCOM / TFTD / Ufo2000,
you are going to notice missing features  :-)
