Title: Skirmish Mode?

Is there a way to configure a game mode where it is not a campaign, but you can play against an AI team? i already messed around with hosting a LAN game and trying to force AI to auto join, but no dice.
Any answer is appreciated ;D

yes, but not in 2.2 nor in 2.2.1 - it will be in 2.3
