Title: Missing Texts AGAIN

I have the 2.1.1 win 32 hotfix2, i have win xp
i have the text problem that people complain about
only i cant find any config.cfg file in the game directory
i've read the other topics aabout that and looked at the wiki
can anyone help me?

Type in the console of ufoai
set s_language en_US.UTF-8

You might want to start ufo always with this parameter:
ufo +set s_language en_US.UTF-8
