Title: CTD problems / corrupted save files

Core2Duo E6600
Radeon X1900XTX
2GB RAM
P965 Chipset
1680*1050 Widescreen
Windows XP SP2
Catalyst 7.4
UFO:AI 2.1.1 x86 May 1 2007 Win32 DEBUG

Hiho the game works fine but there are some random crashes. The first and reproduceable one is as soon as I start the game and click Options I am on the desktop again. If I launch a game and then go to options (or go back to main menu and there to oprions) all is fine.

I have a base and one small hangar with a Stiletto in it. I am able to buy a second aircraft. As soon as I place a Soldier on the second Aircraft the game crashes. Seeling the stiletto first solved the problem.

Sometimes if I do business in my base buy/sell/recrute etc I get a crash to desktop if I click on a button. For most CDT it was possible to alter the order to prevent it.

Where are savefiles to keep them for bugtracking?

Try using the most recent 2.2 test installer and see if that fixes your problem.
