Hello , i'm a newbie and perhaps it's not a bug... but i made two workshop in my second base with 20 technicians, and i think they're unable to produce big body armors.... i dont know why but it seems so long compare to my main base.
Sorry for my english and my translation i'm using the french version and don't know the originale terms u use in the english version ;)
