Title: No Sound, no music in game. Please Help!

Hi everybody!
I the old fan of UFO games.
Yesterday I'm was downloaded the 2.1.1. version of game for Windows  from link to sorceforge at this site, and was very glad.  :)
A problem that I do not hear any sound in game. There are no either music, or sound effects... :cry:
I'm tried to run a game in safe mode, but problem is still appear.
I'm have Pentium-III-600, with GeForce2-MX, and 512 MB ram and Windows-XP PRO SP2, souncard is Creative Live 5.1
This is old mashine, but meets a system requirements.

Can you friends, advice me how to solve this problem?

did you try all three available sound drivers? sdl wapi and dx?

Yes, i have tried to change in the sound setting menu all tree sound driver options, but nothing is changed.

Also, i'm has paid attention, that when i changing sound settings and leave the game, and after this to load it again -  scales of sound loudness dropping back to a zero. But the type of the driver previously changed by me is kept saved.

Finally, i'm get sound working! Just reinstalled sound drivers for my audio card/
