Title: Transfer Equipment Between Bases Bug

I'm not sure what is going on. I have two bases, the second base is fully operational (storage, radar, hangar,...) but I'm unable to transfer all equipment. My main base has 5 extra plasma rifles, my second base needs some. I'm unable to transfer plasma rifles from my main base to my second base BUT I can transfer plasma rifles from my second base to my main base ????
It's not just plasma rifles, there are other things missing as well.

Not sure what is going on, any ideas?

I think I had the same problem. It seems to related to the limited visible inventory space in a base (or rather in a ship). I.e.: If an item doesn`t show up in troop equipping screen it won`t be transferable. I`m not certain of this, however when I sold enough things, so that I didn`t have any "inventory overload", then I was able to transfer all the weapons I wanted.

I checked but my troop equipment screen shows all extra plasma rifles.

BTW, is there a reason I have not been able to capture any  alien crafts? I have the building in my main base and fly all my mission from my main base but my hangar is empty.
I also tested a map I'm building and noticed that I could have a chain gun, I have everything researched but don't have the chaingun.

Yes. The reason is: it is not implemented in 2.1 (partially implemented in current trunk, will be in 2.2).
