hmm, i've just remodeled BF2142 EU sniper rifle how coud I add i to my UFO:AI?

please submit the model to our patchtracker at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=157793&atid=805244
you can add the model by changing the ufo-script files (weapon_*.ufo in base/ufos directory)
maybe you have to extract (and after extracting delete) the file 0ufos.pk3 in your base/ folder.

I mean add to patchtracker... Still I cant export it to md2. When exporting it streches model and blender ends up with error...

I'm afraid we can't use this model as a replacement for our current sniper rifle, and I don't know where else we might be able to use it, but we'll keep it in our library if anything new pops up.
One question, though -- why is the scope mounted backwards? I don't think it ought to be.

Its not backward, it is as it should be. And I dont want that you add this to the game, I just want to ad it to my copy :) But I'am having problems exporting it to md2

please also add the texture to the patch tracker
then hoehrer can export it for you

btw. is this gpled or cced? e.g. are we allowed to put it into our svn repository? (even if we won't include it officially)

so I don't realy know Is it fully GPL. If you want I can send you blend file and texture, cause i still don't know how to use svn rep.
